Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester Public Utilities is indicating that it has not identified any evidence that its systems have been affected by a cyberattack. RPU Responds to Statewide Cybersecurity ConcernsRPU issued a statement today in response to reports of dozens of cybersecurity incidents affecting more than 30 community water systems in Minnesota. Google Google“Protecting the safety and reliability of Rochester’s utility services is a top priority,” said Tim McCollough, RPU general manager. “RPU maintains established cybersecurity safeguards and incident response procedures, and our teams remain vigilant as we continue to monitor this situation.” RPU currently provides water service to more than 42,000 customers in Rochester.
