For example, when a business wants to introduce a new service or capability, it doesn’t always know exactly what customers will want.
It needs to test ideas, work out how to package and price the service, and see what gains traction in the market.
“There is not a playbook that [tells them to] position it like this, price like this or provides any guarantee to win in the market,” Ward said.
“There is that experimentation, but often when you’re having to do that with Australian capability, it’s a very high cost to lean into that.
This would give MSPs the confidence in market to lean into those opportunities, Ward observed.
