FROM FASHION TO FOODPinky was a management trainee in a Canadian fashion brand when she met and married Richard Yee. While finding much satisfaction in her corporate life, her health began to take a downturn. Stepping back from corporate life, she embarked on a quest to detoxify her lifestyle as well as the spaces she occupied. She remembered that her mother and grandmother both used the Filipino citrus calamansi to clean surfaces and remove stains from fabrics without affecting colors. The real miracle in my mind was sitting across me, a glowing presence excitedly sharing a journey she had not imagined.
