(Bernama Pic)PUTRAJAYA : Rosmah Mansor has applied to the Court of Appeal for leave to adduce fresh evidence in her appeal against her conviction in the RM1.25 billion solar hybrid project corruption case.
Rosmah, the wife of former prime minister Najib Razak, is also seeking leave to recall Rayyan to give further evidence before either the Court of Appeal or the High Court.
If allowed, she wants his additional oral testimony to be recorded and admitted as fresh evidence in the appeal.
Zaini sentenced Rosmah to 10 years’ imprisonment on each of the three charges, with the jail terms to run concurrently.
