Successful digital transformation starts with business objectives, not technology decisions, according to ServiceNow Australia and New Zealand group vice president Pete Andrew. Speaking at a media session during its Sydney World Forum event, Andrew highlighted the value of making sure digital transformations are, at their core, business-led, regardless of the technology being implemented. He said these transformations need to keep employees in mind from the start.
