Heddy’s confidence in the sector’s readiness for AI comes from years spent working alongside SMB-focused partners.
That experience has convinced Heddy that AI use cases can be found in almost any organisation, regardless of size or technical maturity.
Heddy recalled his 65-year-old father-in-law who runs a five-person contracting business in Florida and initially raised all the common objections to AI.
He’s a five-person business that wants to compete like an eight-person business.
“If you can find value in AI for a five-person business run by someone preparing for retirement, I’m telling you, it’s there for everybody.”
