So, again, you are going to stick it to folks who aren't uber wealthy. Leave the uber wealthy out of it almost entirely. The guy making $400K? And there are lot more of the guys making $400K who are going to be pissed off at the pol who does this to him/her. Sticking it to someone NOT uber wealthy while leaving the uber wealthy almost completely alone.
