Police identified the man accused of opening fire Saturday at a recently opened In-N-Out Burger location in Twin Falls, Idaho, revealing he was subdued by an off-duty state trooper and an armed citizen who returned fire during the shooting. The suspected gunman, identified as Chad Williams, 24, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after fatally shooting an employee and a customer, according to Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks. FBI Salt Lake City Special Agent in Charge Robert Boles said the bureau has committed its full resources to the investigation. "We have committed the full weight of our resources to the Twin Falls Police Department, deploying every investigative and intelligence tool at our disposal," Boles said.
