The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has warned residents and potential buyers against illegal construction and transactions on plots reserved for public amenities in Jinnah Garden-I Housing Scheme, Zone-5, declaring structures built on school and playground land as unlawful.
800 Billion Plan Against Future FloodsAccording to CDA, one of the disputed plots was reserved for a school under the approved layout plan of Jinnah Garden-I dated April 9, 2011.
In a separate notice, CDA highlighted another structure constructed on land reserved for a playground.
The authority said the playground plot had already been transferred to CDA through Transfer Deed No.
