Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears and wide receiver Calvin Ridley are both questionable for Sunday’s game at Arizona, coach Brian Callahan told reporters Friday. Ridley was back at practice Friday after missing Wednesday and Thursday with knee and elbow injuries. Spears, 24, began the season on injured reserve after sustaining a high ankle sprain in the Titans’ preseason opener. He returned to practice for the first time Wednesday but remains on IR with a questionable designation for Sunday’s game. Callahan also said offensive linemen JC Latham (hip) and Blake Hance (shoulder), wide receiver Bryce Oliver (knee) and safety Mike Brown (knee) have been ruled out .
