UPDATE: 5:08 p.m.All evacuation alerts have now been rescinded near Logan Lake after a wildfire sparked just west of the community last week. "Should conditions change, an Evacuation Alert and/or an Evacuation Order will be reinstated asnecessary," the District of Logan Lake said in an update. The District of Logan Lake also issued an evacuation alert for 49 properties in the acreages area. Highway 97C remains open and two evacuation alerts for approximately 56 addressed properties near the wildfire are still in place.
