The Okanagan Indian Band has not confirmed the number of structures that were lost to the fire at this time. Tess Potts lives on Head of the Lake Road and took a drive down Hawhola Road Sunday morning to view the aftermath of the fire from across the lake. Further photos and videos posted to social media show significant damage throughout the Okanagan Indian Band land, with downed power lines and multiple homes destroyed. The area remains under an evacuation order and Westside Road and Highway 97 in the area are closed.
