That means every encounter Spider-Man has could be a setup, every familiar face could suddenly become an enemy, and Peter won't know who he can actually trust. Instead of simply swinging through New York battling supervillains, Spider-Man: Brand New Day looks like it's throwing Peter into a psychological war where every conversation, every ally, and every decision could be part of a much bigger trap.
