The kindness of KnaresboroughMy scooter broke down in Rievaulx Avenue in Knaresborough a long way from home. The people from the avenue came out to help, phoned the insurance company and gave me drinks. After just over of waiting one hour, nobody came and I was wondering what to do. I am 89-years-old and it’s a long walk to Boroughbridge Road. I would like to say a big thank you for being so kind to a old man, you were wonderful.
