The Christian County Grand Jury returned various indictments on Friday. Kyrah Jones, 28, of Madison, Tennessee, was indicted on charges of third-degree assault of a police officer, resisting arrest, and alcohol intoxication. Keith Wyatt, 58, of Lafayette, was indicted on charges of theft by unlawful taking – firearm, first-degree possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Darrah was also indicted on additional charges of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by unlawful taking under $10,000. He was reportedly located during a traffic stop on Interstate 24 after attempting to cash an altered check at a Check Express.
