A Saskatchewan man who escaped to the United Kingdom to avoid charges of sexually assaulting children has now been sentenced.
Earl Warren, 70, pleaded guilty to three charges of sexual assault against three girls and one charge of failing to appear in court.
Justice Richard Danyliuk accepted a joint sentencing submission from Crown prosecutor Sheryl Fillo and defence lawyer Brian Pfefferle.

But he failed to appear in Saskatoon Court of King's Bench in May 2023.
