The Government of India has launched Special Campaign 5.0 from 15th September 2025, with a focus on institutionalizing Swachhata (cleanliness) and disposing of pending matters. The campaign will set specific targets during the preparatory phase (15th–30th September) and achieve them in the implementation phase (2nd–31st October 2025). The Ministry of Railways is fully prepared to ensure the campaign’s success across Indian Railways. In the preparatory phase, units are finalizing targets related to pendency clearance, file review, cleanliness drives, e-waste management, and scrap disposal. With well-coordinated planning and wholehearted participation across all railway units, Indian Railways aims to make Special Campaign 5.0 a resounding success.
