Large-scale dinosaur puppets roamed the city centre venue for Dinosaur Discovery Day, while visitors had the chance to handle real fossil specimens from the Herbert’s collections and challenge friends to dinosaur-themed board games. Venue Manager Kathy Byrne said: “Dinosaur Discovery Day was a fantastic way to kick off the summer holidays. “We hope people of all ages will spend the day discovering everything the Herbert has to offer this summer.”
