Kerala mandates ‘Sampoorna Plus’ app use in public schools to improve attendance and learning outcomes for Scheduled Tribe students.
Thiruvananthapuram: In a remarkable move to uplift the educational experience of Scheduled Tribe (ST) students, the Kerala Directorate of General Education (DGE) has issued a new directive aimed at ensuring consistent attendance and personalised academic support in government schools.
This tool will help teachers accurately track attendance, monitor student progress and maintain direct communication with parents, ensuring no student falls behind.
“Class teachers must compulsorily enter the attendance details of ST students in the 'Sampoorna Plus' app or portal, and Headmasters must ensure full compliance."
With Kerala leveraging technology to bridge educational gaps, the future looks brighter for ST students across the state.
