BDO said the new recruits were a mix of school leaver apprentices, university graduates, and students on a year-long industrial placement. They are among the over 600 new trainees taken on by the firm nationwide this week. The new recruits will work at BDO's Reading office and be part of the firm's 8,000-strong workforce across the UK. David Brookes, regional managing partner in the Thames Valley at BDO, said: "Welcoming our new cohort of trainees to the region is a highlight of the year. "I am excited to see the impact they’ll have on our firm, our clients and the Thames Valley region."
