Nottinghamshire have signed Pakistan white-ball international batter Tayyab Tahir for their next three One-Day Cup fixtures.
The 33-year-old, who can also bowl leg-spin, played under Notts' 50-over head coach Paul Franks during a spell with Central Punjab four years ago.
Tahir, who has featured for Pakistan in 11 ODIs as well as eight T20 internationals, replaces opener George Munsey, who is away on international duty with Scotland.
Munsey joined Nottinghamshire on an initial deal for this season's T20 Blast, but subsequently signed-up for the One-Day Cup, external after two matches had been played.
The 33-year-old played two fixtures before international duty and will be available if Nottinghamshire qualify for the knock-out stages of the One-Day Cup.
