Nagpur: In a shocking incident, a 28-year-old postgraduate doctor at Mayo Hospital was allegedly harassed after a fruit shop owner reportedly stalked her on campus at night and attempted to enter her hostel room. The accused was caught red-handed by fellow PG residents and security guards after the doctor raised an alarm when he aggressively knocked on her door and attempted to break in. Moments later, the man reportedly returned and followed the doctor into the hostel premises, located her room, and began knocking on her door around 10 pm. Hearing her cries, fellow PG residents and the watchman rushed to the spot. The incident triggered a panic among female doctors on the hostel campus who are currently feeling threatened.
