Courageous Scot takes on gruelling challenge after suffering tragic family lossCallum Pigott 36, is running a whopping 53 miles from Edinburgh to Crail, a seaside town near St Andrew's to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation.
Callum himself has battled mental health, having grappled with an eating disorder and substance use.
He continued: "I decided to try to do something constructive to help people with mental health difficulties.
Callum is now undertaking a new ultramarathon on October 12, raising money for the Mental Health Foundation - a charity which aims to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
