Dee Ann Shuff, 84, of Monmouth, IL, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025, at Courtyard Estates of Monmouth. Dee Ann Smith was born on July 27, 1941, in Monmouth, IL, the daughter of Dean Joseph and Joan Charlotte (Davis) Smith. A devoted community leader, Dee Ann served as an Elder at Faith United Presbyterian Church, President of the Monmouth Rotary Club, and President of Chapter E of P.E.O. In her college years, Dee Ann was honored as the 1962 Monmouth College Homecoming Queen and was an active member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority and its alumni group. Dee Ann will be remembered for her lifelong commitment to service, her leadership, and her deep ties to the Monmouth community.
