Arrests have been made in Thursday’s shooting on E. Berrien St. in Galesburg. Galesburg police responded to shots fired in the 300 block of Lombard Street at around 2:24 p.m. Thursday. The victim, shot in the 1100 block of East Berrien Street, first arrived at OSF St. Mary Medical Center.
