The Glastonbury Abbey Medieval Fayre is competing in the Tourism Event/Festival of the Year category at the Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Gloucestershire Tourism Awards 2025. "The Glastonbury Abbey Medieval Fayre has grown to be our most important annual event, bringing record numbers of people to Glastonbury year on year, culminating in the event completely selling out in 2025." The fayre previously won gold at the 2023 Bristol, Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards and was also nominated for Event of the Year at the 2023 National Outdoor Events Association Awards. Established in 2018, the Bristol, Bath, Somerset and Gloucestershire Tourism Awards celebrate excellence across the tourism sector, recognising the passion, hard work and creativity that teams and businesses contribute. The Glastonbury Abbey Medieval Fayre will return on April 25 and 26, 2026, with tickets on sale now at the Glastonbury Abbey website.
