Highlands & Islands Airports is asking passengers who use any of its 11 airports to complete an online survey. Highlands and Islands Airports Ltd (HIAL) is urging passengers across its network of 11 airports to take part in a customer survey aimed at improving airport services and facilities. The survey, which runs throughout October, is available online and in paper format at all HIAL airports. HIAL say the findings will be used to better understand how people use the airports and identify areas for improvement. As well as its Highland airports in Inverness and Wick John O’Groats, HIAL operates in Barra, Benbecula, Campbeltown, Dundee, Islay, Kirkwall, Sumburgh, Stornoway and Tiree.
