Becky was born on October 7, 1957, in Galesburg, Illinois, to Don and Ethlyn (Meeker) Whitcomb. She grew up in Illinois, attending Alexis High School, and later earned her associate degree as a Computer Networking Specialist from Carl Sandburg College. For more than 20 years, Becky made her home in Colorado with her significant other, Richard Tracy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Don and Ethlyn (Meeker) Whitcomb; husband, George Rogers; sister-in-law, Shannon Whitcomb; and grandson, Tyson Twitchel.
