The daughter of BTK serial killer Dennis Radar has been hit with a domestic violence injunction, the New York Post reported. Kerri, 48, lost custody of her two teenagers as a result of the petition, which was granted by a judge. According to the petition, Kerri was taken into custody under Florida’s Baker Act for a mental health evaluation.
