TUI Cruises has highlighted the culinary concepts and dining experiences aboard its latest ship, Mein Schiff Flow. As the second ship in the cruise line’s InTUItion-class, Mein Schiff Flow was christened in Trieste on June 20. RestaurantsFUGU by Tim Raue is described as the centerpiece of the culinary offering, where Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue combines Singaporean flavors with a digital dining concept. They complement other Mein Schiff restaurants, such as the Atlantik Restaurant, the Harbour Market with its international buffet stations and the Osteria – Pasta e Pizza. Also new is the champagne selection in the X-areas, where Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ house champagne will be served for the first time.
