AT approximately 5:07 p.m. on October 2, officers responded to a reported break-and-enter in the 700-block of Hamilton Street. Witnesses called police immediately and relayed a very detailed suspect description, thanks to which officers located the suspect approximately 40 minutes later in the area of 6th Street and 3rd Avenue and she was arrested without incident. At the time of arrest, the suspect had three outstanding warrants and was found to be in possession of identification cards belonging to other people.
