The EI3301 Aer Lingus flight to Dublin should have left the Hampshire airstrip at 9.40am, but the airline's website has said that the trip has been cancelled due to "adverse weather". It is not the only flight that the same airline has stopped leaving Southampton this morning. A second flight, the EI3601 from Southampton to Belfast City, has also been cancelled, but no reason for this has yet been given by Aer Lingus.
