The officer was arrested by the Diphupar Police Station based on a complaint filed by the victim on July 31. The victim, Khrovota, a Field Executive of the Delhivery courier company, alleged that the incident occurred around 1:10 pm, Friday, at Naga United village, Chümoukedima. I am the victim,” Khrovota said. The accused Blesto Zhimo was booked under Section 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) read with Section 25 (1A) of the Arms Act.
