Under new ownership, Your Boat Club sold its Lake Minnetonka marina for $6.85 million. Your Boat Club is a Minneapolis-based boat rental company with locations across Minnesota, Florida, Illinois and Wisconsin. Nationwide, at least 2,000 customers have long-term rental agreements with Your Boat Club, paying about $5,000 for an annual membership. New marinas are hard to get approved, especially on Lake Minnetonka, which has long waitlists for boat slips. Under the sale agreement, Your Boat Club will continue to maintain the docks, operate the clubhouse and run the rental business.
