Mrs. Rebecca Ann “Becky” Thorne, 67, of Victoria, Illinois, died at 4:04 p.m. Monday, September 8, 2025, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling, Illinois. She was born June 21, 1958, in Terre Haute, Indiana to Herman and Francis Caroline (Dilley) Rastetter. She then married Phillip G. Happ and had three more children. She later married Duane Thorne on May 12, 2007, in Harrison, Kentucky at the Blue Bell Chapel and combined their families into one. She was a nurse’s assistant for 35 years in several facilities including the Sharon Health Care in Peoria, Illinois.
