Saturday, August 01, 2026 – Outspoken South Mugirango MP Silvanus Osoro has offered a rare glimpse into the habits that have sustained his marriage for 17 years. In an interview with a local media house, Osoro reflected on marrying his wife in 2009 and credited simple, consistent practices for keeping their bond strong. Even after political engagements outside Nairobi, he prefers catching a flight back rather than sleeping in hotels. While disagreements are inevitable, Osoro revealed he has never shouted at or physically assaulted his wife. Osoro also revealed that he deliberately shields his wife from social media and political events.
