Beach Safety Officer Remembered for Years of Dedicated Service

Observer News DeskFamily, friends and colleagues are mourning the loss of veteran Beach Safety and Security Officer Kevon Warner, who died while on duty earlier this week, bringing an end to more than 15 years of dedicated public service protecting residents and visitors along Antigua and Barbuda’s beaches.
In paying tribute to the officer, the Ministry described his death as a heartbreaking loss that has deeply affected both the Ministry and the Beach Safety and Security Unit.
“His service to the nation will be remembered with gratitude, respect and appreciation,” the Ministry said as it extended condolences to Warner’s family, loved ones, friends and colleagues.
“Today, we mourn a dedicated public servant who faithfully carried out his duties in service to our country.
Authorities continue to review the circumstances surrounding Warner’s death.
