“I want them to have that switch that when we cross that white line, we have nothing but a winning mentality. You can see the lads are working hard for each other. They’re a joy to work with every day and I get excited to work with them. I’d rather work with a group with that passion than the talent sometimes. He adapted really well and we’re really pleased to have given him just under 70 minutes.”
