✕: East Hampton, New York: 1,600 square feet: Prefab Garden Pavilion is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath free-standing house that was built in parallel with the restoration of the 18th-century Hiram Sanford House on the same lot. The new structure replaces the living space that was lost when previous additions to the historic house were demolished.
