Symptoms: Left rear brake light and blinker circuits do not seem to work, however, when running lights are on it illuminates. The other strange behavior is the hazard light function does seem to work. It seems the TIPM, when it detects an issue will not allow the blinker or brake light circuit to function and the hazard light function is able to bypass this.
