THE Redditch Shopmobility service is calling for all residents to take part in their feedback survey. Leader of the Council, Coun Matt Dormer, said: “Every response helps us to better understand the needs of residents and visitors. “We want to hear from current users, former users, and people who have never used the service before but may have considered it. The survey aims to gather feedback about the service and the experience of customers to help shape future improvements and ensure the service continues to meet the needs of the community. You do not need to have used the Shopmobility service to take part.
