The Galesburg Silver Streaks boys basketball team won their first game of the season against the Ogden Owls Friday (11/24) night in their second game of the Thanksgiving Tournament, 79-55. The affair was a close battle in the first half with a total of ten ties throughout the match; however, Senior Gino Williams' 31-point night led the Streaks to a 24-point victory. Gino was named the Dave's Auto Body Crunch-Time Player of the Game for his career night. The GHS Boys will return to action tomorrow (11/25) morning to take on Madison Trojans at John Thiel Gym.
