BROCKTON (WBSM) — An Abington mother will be arraigned on charges that she physically abused her two-month-old daughter. Timmons was scheduled to be arraigned today in Brockton District Court. Infant Transferred to Boston Hospital for TreatmentThe two-week investigation allowed detectives to develop probable cause, and they were able to obtain an arrest warrant for Timmons. She was taken into custody on the afternoon of July 30, and the baby is currently being treated at a Boston hospital.
