Oasis are back, Pulp are back, Blur have been back and now maybe Elastica are back? They reactivated their social media accounts today, posting a vintage ’90s picture of the band with this caption: “We’ve been busy behind the scenes, but we’re back. Keep your eyes peeled, there are some exciting things in the works.” What exactly those exciting things are remains to be seen, it could just be a reissue, but let’s hope it means they’re getting the band back together. Guitarist Donna Matthews left Elastica in 1998 and has an improvisational music YouTube Channel, and bassist Annie Holland hasn’t done much, band-wise.
