The Galesburg Silver Streaks boys basketball team lose their final game of the Taylorville Holiday Tournament to the Rochester Rockets, 66-56. The Streaks had a good start in the first half; however, turnovers caught up to them in the second half as they committed 23 over the course of the game. The Streaks finished the tournament with a 1-4 record and are 5-12 overall for the season. Senior Jace Keith was named the Dave's Auto Body Crunch-Time Player of the Game for his role throughout the game being a leader for the team. The Streaks will return after the New Year to open up Western Big 6 play on Friday, January 5th, against Sterling.
