On October 31, from 5pm to 9pm, the museum will transform into a spooky world, complete with eerie decorations, creepy characters, live fire performances, and spooky horses in an evening of family-friendly Halloween fun.
Visitors can also enjoy a bonfire, toast marshmallows, and indulge in delicious food and mulled drinks.
Guests are encouraged to come in costume, bring a torch, and explore the museum after dark on the Scary Woodland Walk.
Chiltern Open Air Museum is based in Buckinghamshire, and was founded by volunteers from the Chiltern Society in 1976.
The Museum is a charity that rescues threatened historic buildings, which would otherwise be demolished, and rebuilds and preserves them in a traditional Chilterns landscape.
