Blidano's Mexican Food, which has a unit outside the Eden Centre, were visited by Buckinghamshire Council for an inspection on September 4. They were impressed with what they saw, as they gave the food truck a rating of 5/5 – the highest score they could give. During their assessment, they said that Blidano's hygiene/safety, structural compliance and confidence in management were all ‘good’.
