At the Panther Den in East Moline Friday night, the Galesburg boys basketball team once again were hindered by a scoring drought in the 3rd quarter and lost to United Township, 59 - 44. Galesburg was down by only 5 points at the half, but then they came out flat to start the 3rd quarter. By the halfway mark of that quarter, United Township had gone on an 11-1 scoring run, leading by 15. The Silver Streaks are now 5 - 17 on the season, and still winless in the Western Big 6 conference this season at 0 - 8. He led the Silver Streaks in points and had 9 rebounds.
