The Galesburg girls outscored Peoria Richwoods 21-5 in the 2nd quarter alone Tuesday night on their way to a dominating win in their Regional Semifinal game, 69-55. The Silver Streaks now advance to the Regional Championship game against the Morton Potters Thursday (2/15) night. The Silver Streaks capitalized on the 21 turnovers by the Knights and were clutch in their free throw shooting. For her dominating performance, Kiarra Kilgore was named the Dave’s Auto Body Crunch-Time Player of the Game. The Galesburg girls advance to the Regional Championship game Thursday (2/15) night against the Morton Potters at John Thiel Gym.
