This is a meaningful and people‑centred role, offering a good balance of independence and teamwork.Our office is based at a local church just outside of the city centre with free parking, but you’ll also spend time visiting tenants and partner churches across Norwich, with occasional training days in Peterborough or other locations.Our Norwich team is committed, well‑established and supportive.
We are looking for someone who can bring compassion, initiative and a genuine desire to see lives transformed.As an Empowerment Worker, you will meet regularly with tenants, offering practical support and encouragement as they work through a range of challenges and goals.
You will also aim to build strong relationships with church leaders and volunteers, helping them play an active role in supporting the people we house.A living and active Christian faith is essential.
